About Founder

Hi I'm JUDLIN BERNA

Crafting was always a part of my childhood. I loved creating things with my hands, and it was never about perfection. It made me feel calm, present, and happy.

As life moved forward, like many people, I focused on building a stable career. Working in HR, I noticed how mentally exhausted people were, with constant screen time and the fast pace of life. Somewhere in that process, I had also lost touch with my creative side.

Eventually, I found my way back to craft.

Creating again brought back a sense of calm I hadn’t felt in years. It wasn’t just creativity. It felt like therapy. That’s when I realised craft is more than a hobby. It’s a powerful way to support mental well-being.

HOBBIX was born from that realisation. We are an India-based, non-clinical DIY craft therapy brand, created to help people pause, reconnect, and heal through the simple act of making something with their hands.

Not everyone finds it easy to talk about what they feel. Some of us just need to create and express.
